Captains' Charity

A big part of our local communities...

Burnley Golf Club is a part of our local community and our members like to support local charities. Our Captains choose a local charity to support during their year of office.

For 2025/26 our Captains, Mr Graham Haworth and Mrs Debbie Haworth have chosen Pensleside Hospice, a very worthy cause.

Burnley Golf Club has strongly supported Pendleside Hospice for numerous years, hosting a charity fund raising event at our club every September and last year (2024) we raised over £2,000 for this very worthwhile local charity..
